Not a lot we who come here regularly (and/or have read your other interviews) haven't already heard, but still fun stuff. Plus we got to see Bumper and Steelnose—I mean, Steeljaw—from the front! And a full-body shot of the Au(to)trooper! (I'm not sure Ratchet would approve of his frame design being kiped if he knew where the Autotroopers originated.) I'm still a little disappointed you're so down on Beachcomber, who was given a place of respect in my roster ever since "The Golden Lagoon". (Granted, he didn't do much else of note, but that was par for the course for many supporting G1 characters.)
As for TF characters you've yet to design (that we know of), aside from those you mentioned I bet you'd do a wicked Dinobot, Derrick. You might have fun too with the Sonic Assault Mini-Con Team from the "Linkage" comics, Sky Byte, Rhinox, Skids...well, heck, you get the idea.
Steeljaw has no nose because he is still in Cybertron form, he's not an Earth lion yet. You should go back and look at the Grimlock model, he doesn't really look anything like that.
Ouch! Starscream why? You all finally gave his body back just to mutilate him again. Like I said earlier you guys really hate Starscream's character. I just hope there is some justice and Megatron gets what he deserves.
Man, I am just loving this so far. Three Omega clones with Lugnut at the helm? bound to be trouble. But i do have a question or two Mr. Wyatt, that as a lover of Transformers and a firm supporter of Sari, that i feel i am bound BY moral code to ask.
In your personal way, how would you make a Evil Sari? i know it might have been asked before, but i just love the idea of good guys (Girls) Gone bad. Maybe its because i read the shattered glass trans-comics, but i still love the idea, What with good-guy Decepticons and evil Autobots. I would pay money if i had to to see a Episode like that, with Sari or bumblebee traveling through the warpgate and ending up in Shattered glass version of TF:A or even both of them.

That was a good interview, I'm also hoping for a 4th Season if not for more Decepticon Cameos. I'm also curious to see if you'll try your hand to Animate some of the Revenge of The Fallen Designs. Personally, the only ones I really, really like in the next movie are the Constructicons.
Also, I wonder how hard we will have to push Hasbro to get a toy for Lugnut Supreme.

Kudos to you and your team on the designs of the tformer robots. It's been over 20 years and I've taken a liking to the figures once more. They remind me of the cool Japanese toys of the 70's and 80's and I dig the simplicity of the design.
Previous incarnations of Tranformers like Energon or Beast Wars were a turn off for me because they got overly complicated. Thanks for getting back to basics.
I started collecting them again after seeing the Hasbro figures at my local store. I hope the series continues on and that there are more action figures to come.

Hey, I got a different question this time. Ten days ago I asked about Sari's battle mode, but now I'm wondering about a small continuity error. When Prime was shown getting Omega Supreme, Bumblebee and Bulkhead were there. Shouldn't they have been training under Sentinel AFTER that? Or was Sentinel already Sentinel Minor when Magnus found out about Elita-1? I just think it should be cleared up, and thank you for your respone, Mr. Wyatt.
No, I think you are just a little confused about the timeline. As implied by Ultra Magnus's speech it took Optimus some time to earn his Prime title, and his ship.
Mr Wyatt, i am kinda curious myself to the question raised awhile ago by a Anonymous about how you feel about a Evil/Dark Sari? Just wondering that is. if you can't tell then that's ok.
With that aside, i was also wondering if we as the veiwers can expect any more "Upgrades" in Sari's future? i was kinda expecting to see what she would look like as a Full Cybertronain in the episode Human Error, so much so that i was almost on the edge of my seat to see it she did end up like one in a reverse of what happened to the Autobots.
Anyways, if you can tell then that would be great. If not then its cool, at least i got to say hi to one of the great guys behind TF:A.

Sorry, it is not really a related question, but what happens if a transwarp gate is connected to Swindle pocket-dimension, and Swindle go though it? What happens if he tries to get out the Way Optimus did?

Have we seen the last of Blurr, Prowl, Screamer, and megs? I'll be devistated if TFA stops right here. I say we at least need a season 4, and even a 5 if you get the chance.
First- I think that since you did Ironhide and Arcee earlier you NEED to do Chromia. I agree with the Second- punch the guy who put my favorite character on Earth (Jazz) only to kill off my OTHER favorite character (Prowl) for me will ya? He deserves it. Bringing one cyber-ninja in to kill off another one? Shameful... At least I know there's gonna be a season 4 because you evil people wouldn't replace a character like that UNLESS you were going to make another season. :P
I saw the end of animated but was totally bad that you never bring back Blurr, kill Starscream and not put the twins on the episode :(

Great Show Derrick. I really hope this isn't it. The way you ended this season really has the show posed for the most epic season ever. I especially liked the matrix hanging around prime's neck, wonderful touch. The show has been just absolutely wonderful and it would be just a damn shame to see it go. No, I won't be answering those questions at all, anywhere. I am keeping those revelations to myself. The ONLY proper place to answer those type of questions would be in further TFA fiction, written or overseen by Marty Isenberg.

Well, in contrast to everyone's complaints while I too would love more Animated I just wanted to say thank you for helping contribute to it. I know it's a team effort, but the designs and characterisation are an important part of making a cartoon so thank you again for helping to make Animated a fantastic experience I enjoyed; and thank you to the others involved as well. Sadly being in Australia and a student I have no chance to visit the US and go to conventions to say thank you in person!
